Billing service

Pay your insurance bill through the carrier that issued the policy.

Greene & Associates is your independent agency. Premium payments usually go directly to the insurance carrier, so the right portal matters.

Carrier payment portals

Find your carrier, open the payment or login portal, and use the policy number from your bill. If a carrier sent a newer link on your bill, use that bill link first.

Billing notes

A payment portal is simple until the policy is close to canceling.

If you have a normal bill, the carrier portal is usually enough. If there is a cancellation notice, a reinstatement issue, or a payment method problem, call our office after paying or before changing coverage.

Use the carrier account

The payment has to land on the carrier policy account. If the portal asks for a policy number, use the number from the bill or declarations page.

Watch payment plans and fees

Installments, EFT, cards, paperless billing, paid-in-full options, and fees vary by carrier. The portal is the source of truth.

Do not ignore cancellation notices

A cancellation notice usually has a specific cancel date and minimum due. Paying late, mailing a check, or guessing can create a lapse.

Ask us before changing coverage to lower the bill

Reducing limits, dropping coverage, or changing deductibles can solve a payment problem in the short term and create a bigger coverage problem later.

Not sure which carrier to pay?

Call us with the policyholder name and policy number, and we will point you to the right billing path.
