“I was a loyal customer of Greene and associates for 9 years. Until one day my Morgage company sent me a letter stating I had no coverage. I was very confused so I called Greene and associates. At that point I was given the run around and told that I needed to call the insurance company. After wasting 2 hours calling different companies I discovered someone clearly dropped the ball with my insurance and that I need my insurance agent to help me with a new policy. So again I called Green and Associates back only to find out they do not value my business and did not have time to help me today and wanted me to call them on Monday.
